RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note that:
- GNG Entertainment will have the items delivered to you and picked up when you’re done. The delivery and pick-up fee will be borne by you, the customer.
- The Caution Fee is refundable.
- The Caution Fee will only be refunded when the following conditions are met:

- Games are returned on time and no later than the agreed return date.
- Games are not damaged.
- Games are not returned in a worse state than when they were delivered or picked up.
- There are no missing parts or pieces of the games.
- Failure to meet the conditions above will result in part or total forfeiture of your caution deposit.
- Total loss and destruction of any of the games will result in you, the customer, paying for damages in addition to the forfeiture of your caution deposit.
- Making payment for this invoice indicates that you have agreed to the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
